 History of TrogirArcheological sites have shown that Trogir is one of the oldest towns on Mediterranean, whose history goes back to 2000 B.C. In the 3rd century B.C. Greek settlement Tragurion founded by Dorians from Syracuse, traders from the nearby island Issa (Vis).
